When you place an order for digital products, you are confirming that you know the order contains digital content and thus cannot be returned or exchanged (unless the included files are found to contain errors or defects). Additionally, designers are not required to provide cancellation, return, or exchange services for made-to-order digital products. Please ensure you read and understand all relevant product descriptions and shop announcements before placing your order.
